Honesty and Frankness Are the Right Paths to the Market

Honesty and Frankness Are the Right Paths to the Market

If a direct seller sells products through channels not authorized for the direct selling industry (e.g., auction websites), it may face unforeseeable risks:
1.Difficulties in addressing customer satisfaction issues. Customers may face the dilemma of not being able to find help if there is any question or dissatisfaction with products. As a result, the customer may become upset, and your reputation as well as the reputation of the direct selling industry will be damaged.
2.Only a temporary promotion of sales performance. If long-term and stable relations with the customers cannot be established, there will be more difficulties in business development.
3.Disruption of fairness and sound market environment. It is the duty and obligation of each direct seller to maintain the principle of fairness for business operation by selling products through distribution channels authorized for the direct selling industry and sharing business opportunities.
4.Irregular selling acts. If sales are made or goods are provided through unauthorized distribution channels, the actors may be subject to internal disciplinary action in the direct selling industry for breach of contract.A direct selling enterprise should create customer loyalty through sufficient communication and interactions to greatly improve the chances of converting customers into business operators.
